Team Coaching

What is team coaching?

Team synergy is when the magic happens and when great culture is experienced in real time. Team coaching is a catalyst in building the necessary trust and relationships to improve communication and collaboration to create this synergy. It is all too easy to dive straight in and get caught up in the “doing” of a project.  Team coaching supports teams to reflect on the “being”, allowing them to deepen their understanding of one other and establishing agreed conditions where the whole team can perform at their best.

How is it different?

Based on the business need, I support teams to heighten their understanding and appreciation of one another and deepen their connection as a team to be able to provide more honest and productive feedback. Using my creative branding background, I use a framework to empower the group to define their Team Brand, working together to articulate team purpose, values, beliefs and strengths, future success, roles and responsibilities and desired conditions and behaviours.

Who is it for?

Whether the team is working on a sprint, a specific project or as part of a permanent structure, team coaching is beneficial for all as it highlights what is already working well and less well and explores opportunities for greater performance.

What do people say?

The teams I’ve worked with appreciate my positive energy and creativity, as well as my ability to quickly build trust to point out the areas of challenge and opportunities to pursue.
