What is executive coaching?
Coaching provides a confidential space to see yourself and others more clearly, learn new ways to manage challenges, build more productive relationships and ultimately achieve your ambitions. It is a collaborative dialogue that provides a space to reflect, raise awareness, explore, re-think and generate new ideas and possibilities to master your mindset, skills and energy.


How is it different?
I am a creative, challenging and strengths-based coach who uses positive psychology, neuroscience and systems thinking in my practice. I work alongside several organisational psychologists and use evidence based research to support my work.

Each engagement is highly individual and I provide a bespoke program design using a range of data from psychometric profiling to accelerate awareness and support growth.

Regardless of your position or level of experience, there is always an opportunity to better understand who you are, define what impact you want to make and find your unique place in the organisation. I like variety and diversity which is why I coach individuals from high potential graduates to C Suite across different industry sectors.
